Paulding County School District (PCSD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide the replacement of a cooling tower at South Paulding High School. Contractor awarded the project shall include all demolition, mechanical, electrical, controls, piping, insulation, heat trace, ect. [all trades]. Shall be a turnkey project. The existing tower is a Baltimore Aircoil model # 15214. Basis of Design to replace is BAC XES15E-1285-09JN or approved equivalent product by Evapco, or Marley. With casting panels, framework, fasteners constructed of 304 stainless steel per drawings and specifications.
