Special Notice to Award Spinal, Allograft Tissue & Bone Implants

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0055 to Medtronic Sofamor Danek USA in the amount of $100,00.00 for Spinal, Allograft, Tissue and Bone Implants for (2) patient surgical procedures by the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAS) at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The Surgeon has made the determination that these implants will best meet the requirement for the procedures in accordance with the patient's individual diagnosis, in providing the best outcome, recovery after surgery.

This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
