This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available: Boston Scientific Neuromodulation Corporation, a Large Business, located at 25155 Rye Canyon Loop, Valencia, CA, 91355; the only known source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
