A notice of intent to sole synopsis will be posted on FBO to notify the public of the Government's intent to make a sole source award at Naval Medical Ctr Portsmouth (NMCP).  This is for surgical supplies that the surgeon has deemed necessary for patient care and specific to the surgical procedure being performed.  Surgery date:  6/28/2018
