DESCRIPTION: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT TO RAYTHEON COMPANY. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source FFP Purchase Order to Raytheon Company, 1010 Production RD, Fort Wayne, IN 46808-4106. Raytheon is the only source that provides an AN/PSC-5 Satellite Radio Terminal capable of providing two-way voice and data communications by satellite with embedded secure communications and digital DAMA (Demand Assigned Multiple Access) SATCOM modem components used for voice and data transmission.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
