IT IS THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT TO SET-ASIDE THIS COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT - 100% TO SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. THE NAICS IS 423430 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 100 EMPLOYEES. This Sources Sought encourages maximum participation of interested Small companies to verify that the Government can satisfy that 2 or more contractors can meet this requirement.

HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE:
1. Provide your company name, address, phone and fax number, the name, phone number, and title of a person to contact, DUNs and Bradstreet number, business size and whether 51% or more of these items can be supplied through a GSA Scheduled contract.

Interested sources that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to undertake this requirement should submit an electronic copy of their capability statement, addressing the criteria identified above. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Written capability statements shall clearly and unambiguously demonstrate ability to provide the requirement identified in this notice in order to allow the Government to determine the organizations qualifications to provide the service/product. No telephone requests will be honored.
