DES is in the process of developing a solicitation to focus the scope of work on Spoken Language Interpreter Services for In-Person (IPI), Over the Phone (OPI) and Video Remote (VRI) through On-Demand and Pre-Scheduled options for Non-Bargaining Unit Work and/or not subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Language Access Providers (i.e., Interpreter Services).
