The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for the providing of Sports Officiating Services for flag football, softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer for the period from the date of award through 30 September 2011. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 711219 and the small business size standard is $7M. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. The technical literature submitted needs to clearly communicate that the offeror understands the minimum requirements and compliance issues as set forth in the RFP. Discussions may or may not be held with offeror; therefore, the initial proposal of each offeror should be complete and accurate. Offeror must provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide this service.
