The USDA NRCS is soliciting proposals to spray foam insulation on the walls and ceiling of an existing metal barn at the James E "Bud" Smith Plant Materials Center, Knox City, TX. in accordance with the following:

1. Apply closed cell foam insulation to a 40' x 80' barn. Side walls are 12' tall, center height is 19'. Walls and ceiling are to be insulated
2. There is an existing structure on one wall that is 8' tall and 69' long. The area between the exterior barn wall and the internal structure will be insulated.
3. All interior walls and ceiling will be prepared for proper adhesion of the foam.
4. Spray foam must be 100% free of CFC's. VOC's Penta-BDE's and Urea Formaldehyde, and have a minimum ASTM-84 fire rating.

Offerors may submit proposals for any or all of the thickness options (3, 4, or 5 inches of foam installed. The Government will determine the best value option after receiving proposals.
