Coyote Ridge Townhomes have been awarded to MiNT. There will be 93 units with a total of 21 FINISHED basements. Please break out in your bid a number per building or per townhome cost and include a lump sum. Also please make sure to break out the number for the clubhouse separately as well. Please have all questions in by September 30th Roads are currently being constructed and are currently being accepted by the city and we expect it to be completed mid October.
