The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each Leica EM SCD500 High Vacuum Sputter Coater P/N: 16SCD500UVN, 1 each CEA050 Single Carton Thread Evaporation Accessory P/N: 16BU007379T, 1 each Foil Targets Aluminum P/N: 16LZ02223KN, and 1 each UM Installation and Training Level 1 P/N: 9UMTRAINING.  (Microsoft IE required).  Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil.
