The Agency reserves the right to issue Addenda making changes or corrections to the Plans, Specifications or quantities. The Agency will provide Addenda only by publishing them on the OregonBuys website. (See 00110.05(e)). No additional notification of addendum issuance will be provided. This project is a public works improvement project and is subject to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870. Bidders are required to submit a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS 279C.370, within two working hours of the bid closing date and time. No bid will be accepted by the City unless it contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the bid that the bidder in carrying out the contract will comply with all applicable laws.
