1.) This sources sought notice is for informational purposes only in conducting market research.  USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Ports of Australia: Darwin, Rock Hampton (Alma), Gladstone, and Townsville.  The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an expected Period of Performance for twelve (12) months with an optional six (6) month extension.  Refer to the attached RFI - TRANSCOM21R023 for additional information.

2.) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses.  This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
