The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 12,492 square feet of office and related space in Gainesville, FL, within the following delineated area:
North: 53rd Street
South: University
East: Waldo Rd.
West: 43rd Street
Space must be located in a class A building, with attractive surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The building site should not be located within a 100 year flood plain. The Government does not accept sub-leases. Additional special requirements that apply will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent Solicitation For Offers (SFO).
Building(s) should be of modern design, built for efficient use of floor space, and with minimal structural barriers (i.e. columns, irregularly shaped supporting walls, etc).
This space is needed by December 2011.
