Public Notice Invitation to Bid: The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids for the project titled: 2021 South Salt Lake City Stormdrain Lining Project (Multiple Locations), until 1:00 p.m. on January, 13th 2022. Bids received after 1:00 p.m. will not be opened. The scope of work for this contract includes the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the contract documents for the placement of Schedule 80 liner inside existing stormdrain pipeline as described in project schedules (CIPP or UV Lining). All required documents for the bidding process shall be directly emailed to South Salt Lake City Recorder, Craig Burton, at [email protected] until 1:00 p.m. on January, 13th 2022. Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained from SciQuest or the Engineer, Lingkun Li, P.E., PMP at [email protected] after 9:00 a.m. on December 6, 2021. There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. Due to the COVID-19, bids will be open internally at 1:00 p.m. on January, 13th 2022. The apparent low bidder will be notified by 5 p.m. on January, 14th, 2022. A 5% Bid Security will be required. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
