The Work of this Contract comprises the partial interior renovation of an existing one-story municipal building, located near the intersection of East St Elmo Road and Meinardus Drive, at the City of Austin St. Elmo Service Center campus, at 4411-A Meinardus Drive. Work includes the removal and replacement of three RTU’s, as well as interior ductwork re-routing and replacement and installation of new VAV boxes and controls. It also includes the renovation of two existing restrooms, the division of several existing offices into two, installation of a new reception area, enclosure of an existing exterior porch, installation of several new doors and new finishes in parts of the affected areas.
