BIDDERS MUST BE CURRENTLY PRE-QUALIFIED 1. Sealed bids are being accepted from SDIRC prequalified contractors for the repair of the stadium bleachers at Sebastian River High School. The prequalified contractors reference RFQ 20-0-2018JC (Board approved July 24, 2018) and RFQ 07-0-2017JC (Board approved Feb. 14, 2017). This project consists of stadium bleacher seating repair, weatherproof caulking, rebar spalling repair and bracing and repair/replacement. The estimate cost of this project is $450,000. Estimated start date is January, 2020 and the estimated completion date is May 1, 2020. All projects are subject to funding and cannot be guaranteed.
