1. Notice to offeror: this is blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for the purchase of name stamp and this BPA duration will be 5 years from the date of agreement.

The contractor shall submit the detailed specification for the proposed items along with the quotation, even if the quote proposed the same item.

Quotors who fail to submit all of the specified information will not be considered for award.
