The Regional Health Contracting Office – Central has a requirement for The MEDCoE Graduate School for non-severable, non-personal services of an accredited university to provide Standardized Patients Models in support of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program’s (IPAP) Reproduction Training Aides (RTA) Lab Training. This requirement is for 15 Standardized Patients per session (08 Females and 07 Males). Each Standardized Patient (SP) can have up to 2 encounters per student with a maximum of 15 students and Instructors (Female SPs) and 13 students and Instructors (Male SPs). Services will be at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
The periods of performance are as follows:
Base Year (3 Sessions): 21-23 Oct 2020; 17-19 Feb 2021; 16-18 Jun 2021
1st Option Year (3 Sessions): 20-22 Oct 2021; 16-18 Feb 2022; 15-17 Jun 2022
2nd Option Year (3 Sessions): 19-21 Oct 2022; 15-17 Feb 2023; 21-23 Jun 2023
3rd Option Year (3 Sessions): 18-20 Oct 2023; 21-23 Feb 2024; 19-21 Jun 2024
4th Option Year (3 Sessions): 21-23 Oct 2024; 17-19 Feb 2025; 16-18 Jun 2025
