The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, intends to enter into a contract on a basis other than full and open competition to establish a standing committee to discuss issues related to short and long-term strategic planning for Office of Health Affairs, such as Workforce Resilience assessment, Review of Climate Change and Emergency Medical Service concerns, and Health Threats Resilience issues. The proposed standing committee will primarily support the Office of Health Affairs/BioWatch.
