The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Mangement Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Main Operating Room has awarded a sole source procurement to Johnson & Johnson  (URGENT REQUIREMENT)  for Surgiflo/lyo Thrombin Kit, Evicel 5ml Kit, Evicel 35 CM Applicator tip and endoscopic applicator.  The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirement.  This notice of award is not a request for competitive price quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government.  Award was made using SAP.
