This requirement is sole sourced to Analysis & Design Application Co. LTD, 60 Broadhollow Rd, Melville, NY 11747-2504, as they are the only vendor to produce and distribute this software which is unique and required to continue weapon system modeling operations. Any firms believing that they can provide these exact software licenses may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the software without causing programmatic hardship.
