The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN made I/A/W a drawing with five approved source cages; 04655, 057V6, 0A6Z1, A0199 and K0801. The FSC of this requirement is 6250. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for three years with no option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be a small business set aside acquisition with other than full & open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about 25 June, 2015 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available.  Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB origin and inspection/acceptance origin is required.  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
