The City of Bridgeton Public Works Department is seeking a Statement of Qualifications for architectural and engineering design to replace the reception counter and increase security in the lobby of the Government Center located at 12355 Natural Bridge Road. The successful City-selected firm will design and produce bid documents to include project plans and specifications. The firm will also be required to complete renderings for the proposed project, cost submittals, material selection and attend meetings with City Staff and elected officials. Sealed Request for Qualifications will be received until 10:00 a.m. on July 7, 2023, at the Government Center, 12355 Natural Bridge Road, Bridgeton, Missouri 63044. The City intends to award a contract to a consultant that will meet the qualification criteria and has successfully performed services on similar projects in the past. The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualification packets or to waive minor defects or irregularities in any submittal. The City further reserves the right, without prior notice, to supplement, amend or otherwise modify this request for qualifications or otherwise request additional information from any or all applicants.
