Request for Proposal Full Statistical Revaluation of the Town of Dunbarton, NH The Town of Dunbarton, New Hampshire (the “Town”) seeks proposals to update the values of all taxable and tax-exempt properties within the Town for 2025. This bid proposal will exclude the utility value updates. (contracted by George Sansoucy, P.E. LLC). The total area of the Town is 19,051.39 acres, with approximately 1,566 parcels, of which 150 parcels are exempt. · The entire Town consists of Residential/Agricultural zoning with the exception of · 4,601.60 acres are tax-exempt. · 8,723.32 acres are in current use.
