The 950th intends to issue a sole source purchase order under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and FAR 6.301-1(b)(1)(i) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements-to L3-Communications for the procurement of L3 Office Secure Telephone Equipment (STE).
