This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a brand name requirement. Only the original equipment manufacturer (Riverbed Technology ) or Riverbed Technology -authorized partners and/or resellers are eligible to be considered technically acceptable . After testing Riverbed Technology items were found to be the only items that can fulfill the Government's requirement. No substitution of required services or items is allowed.

This requirement is 100% set aside for small business.
