This procurement is for the purchase of an advanced stereology base system plus upgrades for automated multi-channel fluorescent work and work with dim or fast fading fluorachromes. System must have the following capabilities: Automated acquisition of image stack series on each slide, both for auditing purposes and for offline counting; Full integrated automated multi-channel fluorescent work and confocal imaging via structural illumination; Automatic calculation of results of over 30 stereological probes with a full audit trail; and Oversample/subsample analysis.
