This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This is a solicitation for Surgery Supplies on an ‘ as need' basis during the 2016 calendar year using a Funded Purchase Order in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation reference: NN-16-189. To respond to this solicitation, please respond in the "interested vendors" section in FBO.gov and submit a quote to the contracting officer by email.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSIDERATION:
