The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to add a CLIN for confirmatory testing with a quantity of 72 tests per year for Anabolic Steroid Testing on an existing blanket purchase agreement (BPA) via a modification to BPA N62645-08-A-0004 under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The BPA was awarded to the University of California, Los Angeles, 2122 Granville Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90025-6106 for Anabolic Steroid Test Kits in support of the Department of Defense Drug Testing Program.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for services to cover the 15 July 2010 thru 16 March 2013.
