This project includes the hardscape associated with the STI Greenspace located to the east of the Strom Thurmond Institute. The items included in the base bid include grading to install concrete sidewalk, boulder retaining walls and a brick seat wall. It is intended that the Date of Commencement will be issued on or near January 13, 2021.
