The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Still Photographers to take/provide photographs documenting District Events, to accompany news releases. to distribute to other media - both publications and websites - as visual support of stories, interviews, and for use in brochures, handouts, view books, any and all marketing tools promoting the Fort Worth ISD and any other projects as need by the Fort Worth ISD Communications Department. This work should align with our brand and be able to tell a story with photographs. The period of performance is from September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022. Fort Worth ISD has the option to award three (3) option years in one (1) year increments. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. Fort Worth ISD may elect to issue subsequent proposals and approve additional vendors for the same or similar services during the agreement period if it is determined to be in the best interest of the District. Subsequent proposals will have the same proposal number followed by an alpha character i.e. RFP xx-xxx-A. Vendors that have responded successfully to the original or a subsequent proposal do not have to respond to other subsequent proposals.
