The work under this project consists of Interior Refurbishment of Stonehouse Elementary School and includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of floor finishes; concrete slab moisture mitigation; and painting of interior walls and door frames. All shall be completed in accordance with the bid documents, drawings, and specifications. Services provided by the contractor shall include, but not be limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, traffic control, testing, transportation and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. (See Section II: §6 Scope of Work) On site construction will begin on June 11, 2022, with all work Substantially Complete by August 19, 2022, and final completion September 16, 2022.
