DESCHUTES COUNTYSTORAGE LOFT Bids Due: August 13th, 2024 at 2:00pm. INVITATION TO BIDSealed bids will be received at the Facilities Department office at 14 NW Kearney Ave., Bend, OR 97703 by the date and time listed above. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same time and location. Subcontractor Disclosure shall be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on the same date in a separate envelope. Bids and Subcontractor Disclosures received after the deadline will not be considered. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: construction of a new 330sf storage loft in an existing warehouse building with stairs, new exterior doors, and interior electrical, lighting, and plumbing. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 24th at 8:00am at the Deschutes County 911 Services District building, located at 20355 Poe Sholes Dr., Bend, OR 97701.
