The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Main Operating Room  has awarded a sole source procurement to Lifecell Corporation (URGENT REQUIREMENT) for Strattice Reconstruction Tissue.  The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirement.  This notice of award is not a request for competitive price quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice are solely within the descretion of the Government.  Award was made using SAP.
