technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate
alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source,
CENTROID, Inc., CAGE 21856, interested in submitting a proposal for this
item must submit a complete source approval request package for evaluation
for future procurements.

Fit Form and Function testing at the government testing facility.
