The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 intends to issue a solicitation (W56HZV-19-R-0101) for a five (5) year plus one (1) option year Firm Fixed Price / Cost Plus Fixed Fee hybrid requirements contract for the Stryker 30mm Lethality Upgrade.  This competitive procurement will be awarded to a single contractor based on full and open competition.  The successful contractor will be responsible for producing and integrating a Medium Caliber Weapon System (MCWS), which includes a Government-Furnished XM813, onto an estimated 269 Government-Furnished Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicle Double “V” Hull A1 (ICVVA1) chassis and required ancillary services.  This vehicle will be incorporated into the Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) structure as a precision lethality vehicle capable of suppressing dismounted infantry and defeating vehicle threats.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.  The Government will award one contract to the offeror that: a) represents the best value to the Government, b) submits a proposal that meets all the material requirements of this solicitation.  

All contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov. Information on getting registered may be obtained on the website. Solicitation Number W56HZV-19-R-0101 is anticipated to be issued in February 2020 with proposals due in June 2020.
