This sources sought synopsis is a means of condicting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for a subject matter expert in Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering. The contractor shall provide a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop training, review, and consultation to assit Investigations Directorate. Hiring a contractor to perform these functions will enable Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) to strengthen its knowledge base in these areas and perform functions necessary to complete SIGAR's mission.
