The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford Wisconsin is seeking quotes for solicitation RFQP04100003 for the provision subsistence for 2nd quarter of FY-15 (2B15). Deliveries will commence after 1-1-2015 (New Year's Day, Federal Holiday) and are to be completed by January 30, 2015. No deliveries will be accepted after January 30th without express written / verbal consent from Felipa MacKinnon, Food Service Administrator, FCI Oxford, Wisconsin. Deliveries which arrive after January 30th will be refused and sent back at shipper's expense.

The solicitation will be made available on or about December 1, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. This solicitation is issued for 100% set-aside for small business. Quotes are due December 12, 2014, 4:00PM CST.

All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Non-compliance with SAM registration will result in disqualification of the vendor's quotation.

Orders up to $30,000 will be placed on a Government Purchase card. Vendors MUST have the ability to accept the Government's purchase card. Inability to accept the Government purchase card will lead to disqualification of quotation, and award to next responsible vendor with best value, lowest price as determined by the Contracting Officer.

Meat items received will be inspected by the Food Service Administrator or her designee before releasing the shipping vehicle. Any non-conforming meat items will be returned to the truck and shipped back to the vendor at the vendor's expense. The specifications are clearly written on the RFQ sheets provided by the agency which should be used for quotation submission. The specifications are final. No substitutions will be tolerated or accepted.

All freight must be FOB Destination. All pricing must be good for 30 days beyond last delivery date.

The anticipated date of award is December 16, 2014. Quotors will be notified via their contact information as provided on the RFQ packets.
