Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for performing modifications to the DISTRICT’S Spencer 115kV substation located near Spencer, Nebraska. The work includes foundation removal, and installation of foundation, bus, setting stands and equipment, cable work, conduit, grounding, and spreading rock.
