Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for performing modifications to the DISTRICT’S Valentine 115kV substation located near Valentine, Nebraska. The work includes removal and installation of foundations, removal and installation of equipment and bus, installation of conduit and grounding, pulling cable, and spreading rock.
