Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for converting the lowside 34.5kV bays to 69kV at the DISTRICT’S Thedford 115kV substation located near Thedford, Nebraska. The work includes foundation removal, installation of foundations, bus, setting stands and equipment, cable work, conduit, grounding, and spreading rock.
