Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for removing/retiring existing substation and constructing a new 34.5kV – 4.16kV substation at the DISTRICT’S Minden South substation located in Minden, Nebraska. The work includes removal of foundations, equipment, and bus, and installation of equipment, conduit, grounding, and pulling cable, and spreading rock.
