This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Environmental Protection Agency in Athens, GA from Melkane, LLC, the current Lessor.  The Government will negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location at 396 Commerce Blvd. in Athens, GA 30622.  This is due to the economic benefit i.e. relocation/moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition.  The government will negotiate with the current Lessor to lease approximately 13,800 ABOASF of office space for EPA.

Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration.  Occupancy:  The space is required on or before February 1, 2012.  Term:  The lease term will be for Five (5) years, Three (3) years firm.  Owners/Agents:  Any expressions of interest should be directed to Leonte Benton GSA Broker Representative at [email protected] or (404) 525-8212 Ext 11 and reference project number 0GA2082.
