Caroline County Recreation and Parks produces a two-day outdoor festival on the third weekend in August annually. The Friday/ Saturday festival schedule also includes a Sunday rain date if required for the Saturday program schedule only. The production requires a variety of pole and frame tents, 6’ & 8’ banquet tables and folding chairs to be delivered as specified. The quantities listed below are based on the production needs in 2023 but maybe modified for the 2024 event.
