Delivery will be to Base Supply, 7100 Saber Road, Bldg 1284, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming 82005. The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars (FACs) 2005-32. The proposed requirement is a Brand Name requirement, is set-aside for Small Business concerns, and applies to the North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 334513 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government will make a best value award decision IAW FAR Part 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and the extended total. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites.
