The BEP is seeking sources that can supply spare parts to support the inventory management system (IMS) at currency facilities located in Ft. Worth, TX and Washington, DC. IMS manages over 20,000 spare parts and is responsible for replenishing multiple machine spare parts that are at or below critcal levels. The BEP has an urgent need to replenish parts for the Super Simultan presses and is seeking vendors that can supply the KBA parts (See attached list).  Vendors that have the capability to supply the parts should provide a statement of capabilities to include (1) company name, address, phone, and business size; (2) experience providing parts for printing presses; and (3) past performance references listing the types of parts provided and the presses supported.
