NAICS Code: 541611. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 8, intends to award a sole source to Collaborative Processes for convening of community advisory group and facilitation of executive session conflict resolution processes at the California Gulch Superfund site in Leadville, Colorado under the authority of FAR part 6.302-3. The EPA requires a third party neutral with whom the community of Leadville has a high trust and who is thoroughly familiar with the Superfund site. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. It has been determined that Collaborative Processes is the only source for this service that meets the Government's requirements. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein, may submit its capability by 5:00 PM on May 25, 2009, which may be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete award is based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
