This notice is for informational purposes only.  The 23^rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a delivery order on our Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) FA4830-08-A-0010 to Phoenix Teledata Services, Inc. for the purpose of providing Supervisor WorkSpace for the 23^rd Medical Group’s Hospital Telephone Appointment System.  The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements).  A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23^rd Contracting Squadron’s Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement to Phoenix Teledata Services, Inc. for purchase.  All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (229 257-3547) or email to the POCs: [email protected]; [email protected],  NO LATER THAN 10 FEB 11 @ 3:00 P.M.  This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government.  Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
