The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Government of Cote d'Ivoire (the "Government" or "GoCI") have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Cote d`Ivoire (the "Compact") in the amount of approximately US$ 524.7 million ("MCC Funding"). The Government, acting through MCA-Cote d'Ivoire (the "MCA Entity"), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation For Bid ("IFB") is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the CNPC website (www.cnpc-mcc.ci).


The Government of Côte d'Ivoire, through the Millennium Challenge Account-Côte d'Ivoire, is inviting all interested bidders (individual companies and/or joint venture companies) to submit bids for the Supply of vehicles for the Côte d'Ivoire Compact Program.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (PPG), and is open to all eligible bidders or consultants as defined in the PPG.

 Bidders interested in submitting a Bid should register their interest by sending a completed registration, available at the link provided above, with the reference and subject of the IFB to the Procurement Agent at [email protected], giving full contact details of the Consultant. This will ensure that the Bidders receive updates, clarifications and/or addendums regarding this IFB as well as the link for the electronic submission of Bids

Bids must be delivered in accordance with Section II IS 24.1(b) on April 29, 2019 at 2.00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend on April 29, 2019 at 2.30 pm local time.

All bids will be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the total amount of the submitted offer.
